I am a senior researcher and head of the cluster Conflict & Security at the Centre for Minority Issues (ECMI) in Flensburg, Germany. My work focuses on conflict in divided societies, including mass behavior, institutional responses to ethnic and religious conflict, and violence against ethnic and religious minorities.
